🚫 Account Restrictions
If a player violates the game rules or code of conduct on any of our platforms, it may result in temporary or permanent restrictions on their account.
The duration of these restrictions may vary depending on the severity of the violation and any repeat offenses.
Players will always be informed of the duration of their restriction.
🗑️ Content Removal
Content that does not comply with our guidelines will be removed to ensure the safety and integrity of our community.
ℹ️ Refund Policy
In cases where a player is permanently banned due to a violation of the game rules, purchases will not be refunded. We emphasize the importance of adhering to the rules to avoid negative consequences.
⚠️ External Platforms
The moderation team of HODL Games can only take action against violations that occur on our own platforms.
We strongly advise players not to have contact with other players outside the game, whether in real life or through external apps such as Discord, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, or Snapchat.
In cases of inappropriate behavior on external platforms, the responsibility lies with the user themselves.
Report and block unwanted interactions on the respective external platforms.
