All transactions involving the acquisition of virtual currency and virtual goods are considered final and non-refundable, unless explicitly specified otherwise at our discretion.

This policy does not guarantee or imply reimbursement in cash; however, HODL Games, Snowlab Studios, and our partners may, at our sole discretion, provide compensation in the form of game currency or virtual products.
