📝 Reporting Bugs

If you notice any bugs within a game, we kindly request you to report them to HODL Games Support via support@hodlgames.com.

🚫 Abuse of Bugs

We enforce strict measures against players who intentionally abuse bugs and distribute them among fellow players instead of contacting our support. These actions can result in penalties, ranging from temporary suspensions to, in extreme cases, partial or complete account resets.

When investigating cases of bug abuse, we consider whether the player has been banned before, the advantage gained by the player through abuse, and how long the bug has been exploited.

Sanctions related to bug abuse may therefore be stricter than our usual policy, as we aim to ensure fair gameplay. We do this to ensure a fair gaming experience for everyone.
