Blocking players

Sometimes, you may prefer not to have any (further) interaction with certain players. Fortunately, we provide you with the option to solve this issue by blocking players on our platforms.

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to do this:

Open the game: Before you can block another player, you must first open the game in which you have interacted with this player.
Locate the player: Navigate in the game to the list of players or the chat window where you have identified the player you want to block.
Block: Click on the player you want to block. In most cases, an option to block that player will appear. Select this option and confirm your decision to block the player.
Confirmation: You have successfully blocked the player. From this point onward, you will no longer receive messages or interactions from that player.

Reporting

If you have received an inappropriate message that appears to violate our code of conduct, we encourage you to report the offending player through our reporting system. We will thoroughly investigate the situation and take appropriate action if necessary.

Important: Blocking vs. Reporting

It may happen that you repeatedly receive messages from a player that you do not wish to receive but who is not clearly violating the code of conduct. In such cases, we kindly ask you to block the person in question instead of reporting to us. Repeatedly reporting players without valid reasons can burden our reporting system unnecessarily.

We also want to emphasize that repeatedly blocking and unblocking players can create a negative atmosphere and disrupt the gaming experience for other players. We recommend that you carefully consider before deciding to block a player and ensure that this is the best solution for your gaming experience.

Remember the golden rule: If you are bothered by a player and prefer to play without interruptions, you can block that player on our platform, allowing you to enjoy your favorite games undisturbed once again.
